This is a spacious, two-bedroom apartment with a comfortable, double sofa bed in the lounge, extra wardrobe, and chest of drawers in the entrance hall, and three bathrooms. It is therefore entirely practical for sleeping six people. But the real joy of this rare apartment is that it has direct access from its terrace into the secluded end of the private garden, complete with its own loungers, tables and umbrellas, that is shared with only six other, single-bedroom apartments, each of which also has its own loungers etc. This garden is South facing with uninterrupted views out to sea.

Available for weeks 3 and 4 for 5 years, it has been a wonderful, family haven for 15 years or so for my wife, myself, children and grandchildren at a time of year when it is so nice to come to a pleasant, sunny climate away from the miserable weather in the UK after Christmas and the New Year. Only available now because my wife has sadly died.
