Belton Woods is located 3 miles north of the Lincolnshire town of Grantham and comprises of 475 acres of parkland hotel and two golf courses. Lodge owners receive substantial discounts at the hotels on food, drinks, sports facilities, swimming pool and spa as well as Golf fees.

The lodge itself has a large veranda overlooking the golf course and the market town of Grantham. It comprises of a two-storey wooden building with three bedrooms with three bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath) and a sauna. A drop-down double bed in the spacious lounge provides sleeping for a further two guests (making 8 in total). The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The lodge has luxurious furniture and fittings throughout and has dedicated car parking for two vehicles. Week 7 often falls at the school half term week but can also be exchanged for weeks at the Cameron House and Slaley Hall resorts (subject to availability).

We have owned the lodge since it was new (around twenty years) and following our retirement have decided to concentrate on cruising.
