We have enjoyed the use of many different 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom Elite Apartments at Fairways annually for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, due to our ageing problems, flying has now become too difficult and we have reluctantly decided to sell.

Initially we purchased a specific apartment for a specific week of the year. However, the current allocation system of "Floating" weeks now gives more flexibility, with the ability to book for a week which better suits your personal Calendar and most cost-effective flights. "Floating' weeks also offer an opportunity to request alternative Apartments depending upon your needs.

2020 paid Maintenance and allocation for 2020 use is included in this sale. The earlier in the year it is purchased the earlier an allocation reservation can be requested: Allocations made for use on site can be for self-use and can also be booked for use by family or friends - that can be specified at the time of booking.

Fairways Club resort is a 10-15 minute's drive from the South Airport. It is close to the Amarilla Golf and Country Club and about 15 - 20 minute's walk from the Marina.

The gated security resort has many beneficial features including an impressive, recently upgraded, heated swimming pool which includes a popular Pool Bar.

Elite Apartments at Fairways Club are all well-equipped and include air conditioning. A frequent maid service is provided during the allocated week.
