The Royal Tenerife Country Club is situated in beautiful surroundings in the San Andres community San Miguel on the Golf Del Sur 6km from the south airport and 4.5kms from the beach.

There are views over the golf course out to sea and towards Mount Teide.

Los Cristianos and Los Abrigos are a short walk away and there is a local bus service to other villages.

On site facilities include two outdoor pools and a child's pool, spa, gym and tennis court, grocery store, restaurant, and internet access.

The apartments are ground floor, two bed for 6 occupancy and for fixed weeks 51 and 52, Christmas and New Year.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, shower, kitchen, lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, bathroom, patio, terrace, and yard, with surrounding gardens.

Facilities include: Air conditioning, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, TV, and DVD player.

The resort is a member of RCI and carries Gold Crown status. We changed from the weeks system to points a number of years ago and successfully exchanged world-wide. We found that adding a timeshare week onto the end of a package holiday very advantageous, particularly in America. When our son lived and worked in Bangalore India and we had a number of holidays with his family in timeshare accommodation in Goa.

We have held these weeks since 1992 and have thoroughly enjoyed the system but are now in a situation where we have family overseas and visit them and use the timeshare less and are now looking to sell.
