Pearly Grey is a time-share resort affiliated with RCI and located in the village of Callao Salvaje on Tenerife, Canary Islands. The resort is situated with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Gomera can be seen in the distance. It is only a few streets from the main road and has direct access to Playa de las Americas (10 minutes) and the airport (20 minutes). Public eco-friendly transportation is readily available! The resort has a full-service bar and restaurant, large outdoor pool, and other amenities. It is also close to diverse restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a variety of shops.

Rated a Gold Crown Resort by RCI and with excellent ratings by Trip Adviser, the entire resort has undergone extensive renovations and improvements in the last five years, which have included refurbishment of the main building, upgrading of the sun terraces and furniture, and significant enhancement of the ocean-front apartments, where our unit is situated. Although close to everything, the resort�s location provides a restful and restorative vacation.

Our unit is one of 24 apartments which are separate from the main building. It is a one-bedroom 38 square meter (409 sq. ft) seafront apartment for fixed weeks 28 & 29 in July. This apartment sleeps two in the bedroom and two additional on a sofa bed. Recently re-decorated, it has a combined lounge and dining area that seats four, includes a/c, free WiFi, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. However, its most unique and attractive feature is its large, comfortable, and private terrace with Bali beds and loungers, ideal for sun downers with tapas and a glass of wine. And for dreaming. From there, one is guaranteed an unfettered view of the Atlantic Ocean, with Gomera Island in the distance! It was this feature that sealed our purchase 30 years ago!

We�ve enjoyed our luxurious seafront apartment for many years, and we hate to give it up. But there comes a time, when travel gets more difficult, even to a beautiful place like ours. Then, it�s time to pass it on to others. So, come and see it for yourself. And then, call it your own, for many years to come!
