This picturesque urbanization is situated 1 kilometre away from the lovely Spanish town of Nerja with its famous balcon de Europa. Lots of shops bars restaurants and supermarkets here.

On site there is Club Tropicana with its bar and restaurant offering super food at sensible prices, English football matches etc and all the other goodies you would expect.

Tropicana is situated about 45miles from Malaga airport and is reached easily by hire car, taxi, or public transport.

Club Tropicana is listed with interval international so in the unlikely event that you get tired of Nerja you can swap your week for somewhere else.

The week we are offering is a floating winter week that can be taken anytime between Nov and Feb excluding Christmas and New Year. Club Tropicana are happy to add an extra week so you can extend your stay.

With so much to do and see you may want to, Malaga is only an hour away, Granada 1.5 hours, ronda,2 hours the list of things to do and places to see is fantastic.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms with pull out bed in lounge for an extra 2 so will sleep 6.

It is difficult to be specific about the apartment because club Tropicana owns quite a lot, so the choice is yours as to which one you prefer, but all come with balconies, fully equipped kitchens comfy lounges, English television, some have sea views, some mountain views, you'll get the feel of the place and request your favourite, but all have air con; and heating [seldom used] and are maintained to a nice standard.

You may ask why are we selling if it's such a utopia? We love it so much we have now purchased a quarter share from Cub Tropicana so we can spend 13 weeks a year there.

One other factor worth noting is that the owners of Club Tropicana are English and above all are extremely easy to do business with.

We've had great holidays here and I'm sure if you buy it you will too.

Who knows we may get to meet you there if we're enjoying our 13 weeks.
