The Lodge is located on the grounds of the Cameron House Hotel Resort & Spa, which is located on the shores of the beautiful Loch Lomond and is an RCI Gold Crown Resort. The resort offers a number of leisure options and is well located to take numerous day trips across Scotland. Stirling, Glasgow, Luss and the lovely town of Oban are easily reached by car. Edinburgh and the famous St Andrews Golf course are not too far either.

The Lodge overlooks a duck pond and a visit from the resident ducks and numerous other birds is not unusual, especially during the summer. It has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, a washer-dryer, and a dishwasher. Linen and bedding are supplied and besides a large bedroom, there is a comfortable pull-down sofa-bed, which sleeps two. There is a separate dining area and a large and comfortable living room, which overlooks the duck pond and the golf course. The wooden deck is perfect for an aperitif or a leisurely breakfast. There is a car parking facility at the lodge as well as a number of parking spaces across the resort.

The Wee Demon is a 9-hole golf course, very close to the lodge and free to use for owners. A large posse of rabbits are constantly giving directions to the golfers and definitely add to a memorable and easy paced golf experience. For the more avid golfers, The Carrick is right next door and the Clubhouse there serves excellent food and beer.

There are numerous restaurants and shops at Loch Lomond Shores, which is a short walk from the lodge. Loch Lomond Shores offers lots activities for kids, like paddle boarding, a tree-zone, a sea-life aquarium, and a bird of prey centre.

There are regular trains to Central Glasgow from the nearby Balloch station, and there is adequate parking close to the station.
