The Royal Savoy Hotel is a 5-star resort located in Funchal, Madeira. It is situated on the south coast of the island directly adjacent to the sea, and within a short walk of the town centre.

The resort has beautifully landscaped gardens and delightful swimming pools, one of which is heated throughout the year. There is also direct access from the poolside area, to the sea, with an abundance of sea life, creating an exciting opportunity for snorkelling.

The hotel has a gym and very comfortable lounges and bars, which are very well maintained. There is also a poolside restaurant, as well as the main restaurant, and evening entertainment is provided throughout the week.

The studio is situated on the 2nd floor and has a balcony with unobstructed sea views. There is lift access to all floors. There is a queen-sized double bed, but also a sofa bed, and sleeps up to 4 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom, a television and complimentary wi-fi. The studio is air-conditioned and has a daily maid service.

For 2020, week 15 commences on 13th April. The temperature in April averages 19C during the day, with an average of 9 hours of sunshine. There is the ability to switch weeks for a different time of the year, and if at least 6 months' notice is given, this is free of administration fees. There are the usual exclusions for Christmas weeks etc.
