The resort has four swimming pools, children's pool, shallow pool, deep pool and jacuzzi. They are always well maintained and clean; a lifeguard is on duty. Large gym on the second floor above the reception.

Twice a week there are Spanish music and dance shows in the pool area.

Polite reception with great English and Spanish speaking staff. Restaurant and bar service close to reception.

Calm and quiet resort, no discos, or disturbing restaurants close by. Although several restaurants within 5-minute's walk.

10- minute walk to Puerto de Alcudia with lots of restaurants and another 5-minute's walk to the 7 km long Alcudia Beach. Smaller beaches in Alcanada is just 5- minute's walk.

The timeshare has a fixed week.

Wonderful time in Mallorca when it is nice summer weather but not too hot.

The timeshare has two floors with a balcony/terrace on each floor. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower and on the lower a toilet.

Free car parking at the resort.

The timeshare is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen with microwave, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, and more.

Three air-conditioning units.

Situated in the lovely area Aucanada/Alcanada, the "diamond" area of Alcudia.

Reason for selling: We fell in love with Mallorca and have just purchased our own apartment for long time stay.
