The apartment is spacious and light with a semi round balcony and a table and chairs to eat outside. The views of the sea and coastline are spectacular. After accessing the bridge to the pool there is a restaurant and a bar, plenty of sun beds around the pool and private entry into the sea from the complex jetty. The week covers the spring half term holiday period. It is a lovely friendly hotel with excellent staff and is in a good position to access all other restaurants and amenities. Madeira is a lush island a walker's paradise and a photographer's dream. The trees, plants and flowers are tropical and can be unusual. It is easy to get around, the buses offer varies ticket deals and the taxis are reasonable. I highly recommend this week, the weather is very pleasant. We have some lovely memories of the good times in Madeira.
