Belton Wood is located 3 miles north of Grantham in Lincolnshire. The adjacent hotel has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and restaurant, tennis courts and two superb golf courses. Grantham has a full range of shops and supermarkets and the surrounding villages have many excellent restaurants and bars.

There are a host of nearby attractions including the National Trust Belton Wood House, Belvoir Castle, Woolsthorpe Manor the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton, RAF Coningsby the home of the Battle of Britain Flight, picturesque Woodhall Spa with its Cinema in the Woods and Petwood Hotel that was the Dam Busters Officers Mess during WWII, Lincoln with its famous Cathedral, Newark Air Museum and a host of other interesting places too numerous to mention.

The lodge is for week 27 each year, starting on a Saturday, this is normally the first full week of July, it has three bedrooms, the two on the lower floor both have en-suite bathrooms, there is a third bedroom on the first floor with a separate bathroom that includes a sauna, there is a pull down bed in the main living area increasing the total sleeping capacity to 8 people.

The lodge has full cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large modern flat screen television, comfortable seating, a large dining table and chairs. Immediately outside the lodge is allocated parking space for two vehicles.

The lodge backs onto woodland and open country with plenty of opportunity for walking and observing wildlife.

The resort is affiliated to both Interval International and Dial an Exchange, enabling owners to exchange the week to visit other resorts throughout the world. The present owners have exchanged their week within the QLodges Group to stay at Slaley Hall in Northumberland and Cameron House in Scotland, they have also via Interval International exchanged into resorts in Marbella, Estepona and Mijas in Spain.
