Casitas Del Monte, Palm Springs, California is a small development of 'casitas' in a quiet area of Palm Springs but close to all the nightlife and supermarkets in the area. The houses are well equipped, light, air-conditioned (of course!) and very comfortable. Everything for 6 people to enjoy a self-catering holiday is provided, glasses, towels, pool towels, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and dishwasher. The large living room has sofas and armchairs, a flat screen TV with cable and bookshelves. Each bedroom has a bathroom and a dressing room area for hanging clothes. One spacious bathroom has a bath/shower over and the other a walk in shower. Each have double basins. One bedroom has a superking bed, the other two queen sized beds and one of the sofas in the living area converts to a double bed.

The resort is affiliated to II and has an RCI Gold Crown. No entertainment is provided but there is a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and gas barbecue area with wet bar for use by residents. Palm Springs is approximately 1 1/2 drive from LAX and of course Palm Springs has its own airport too.

The weeks on offer are red weeks, which we have used as a block of 6 from February thru' March, which is the best time before Palm Springs really hots up. We have always had a ground floor unit, beside the pool but with a walled patio separating us from the pool area. The patio is large and furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers and the lovely gardens are maintained year round. Each week comes with reserved parking on site.

We are reluctantly selling our weeks because we cannot make the long-haul flight from Europe each year.
