The Kilconquhar Castle Estate in the East Neuk of Fife offers beautiful peaceful scenery with plenty of activities for children and adults alike. The Estate has pony trekking, a great leisure complex with swimming pool and pitch and put for the golfers. You can hire bikes or visit numerous fishing villages, stunning sandy beaches are 1.5 miles away or for the golfers there are lots of first-rate golf courses including St Andrews, Kings Barns with the local Ellie and Earlsferry course less than 2 miles away.

This is a Gold Crown Resort and in the 19 years we have owned this villa week 7 has been February half term, so we've enjoyed many years with our children and our friends. It's a very popular resort due to the closeness of spectacular golf courses and a short drive to Dundee, Stirling, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. This is fixed week but its popular if you wish to exchange, which we have enjoyed many times and benefitting from 2 weeks in America for exchanging this gold crown 1 week with RCI. It's all on one floor so brilliant for small children and the elderly. Pets are welcomed and you have your own private parking, enough for 3 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and holds up to 8 place settings, complete with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer. Our family has now grown up, therefore 3 bedrooms is more than we need, we will however continue to go to the Castle Estate each year in a smaller unit, as we love it so much.
