After spending the last 10 fantastic years coming to the Sheraton Vistana in Florida, it�s time to let our 2 weeks go to a new family who I�m sure will fall in love with Florida as we have.

For contract purposes, these are Weeks 20 & 21 (approximately the beginning of May) but as they are Floating Prime Weeks, you can book anytime during the Prime Season, depending on availability.

The Sheraton Vistana Resort complex consists of over 1650 villas/condominiums, split into 8 phases and set in approximately 135 acres. Throughout the whole complex, there are 7 outdoor swimming pools, 8 whirlpools, 13 tennis courts, 3 fitness centres, mini golf, a marketplace area for quick purchases and a whole host of activities too numerous to mention here. There is a dedicated Kids Activity Programme for those aged 5-12 if adults decide they need a bit of free time!! All activities are changed on a weekly basis and guests are advised of these by way of a printed schedule.

Our timeshare is in the Fountains Phase where there is a large swimming pool, fitness centre, 2 whirlpools and Food Court nearby. Attached to the Food Court (where you can order pizza for delivery to your apartment if you so wish) is the Mai Tiki Bar and Grill where alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased.

Our 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 2 bathroom/shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer is within the apartment. TV�s in both bedrooms and in the lounge area, the latter also has a DVD player. All villas are superbly furnished and have a covered balcony area offering fantastic views of either a mini-lake, main pool, or tropical greenery.

Staff do a midweek clean, leaving clean towels, extra soaps, toilet paper etc. If there is anything you need, Guest Services are only a phone call away and always happy to help.

Only 18 miles from Orlando International Airport, the Sheraton Vistana Resort�s location is ideal for the various Disney Parks (10/15 minute�s drive), 20 minute�s drive to Universal Studios (and Harry Potter!!) and 5/10 minute�s drive to restaurants and local outlets where designer goods can be bought at bargain prices. Walmart, a large supermarket, is down the road should you wish to stock up on food, medicines, toys etc.

If you wish to venture further afield, Kennedy Space Centre is only about 1 hour away eastwards as is Tampa, westwards. Legoland is a 40-minute drive away, partially on the way to Tampa.

The reason for selling is purely because our children have now left home and wish to do their own �thing� as regards holidays.

Whatever you do in Florida, be it Theme Parks, shopping or just relaxing (if you have the time !!) have fun and build lots of memories.
