The Parque Del Sol Beach Club is approximately a twenty-minute walk to the bustling area of Playa de las Americas and only a short stroll to the Playa Fanabe beach. Aqualand and Siam Park are also close by.

The apartment has maid service with clean towels 6 days a week. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay however if wanted there is the choice, at an extra cost, to eat in the hotel's restaurant which is open for buffet style breakfasts and evening meals. There is also the option to eat in the Infinity Lounge in the evenings or have lunch in the sun at the pool bar.

The apartment is on the top floor and has a superb position within the complex. It has two balconies, which provide a generous amount of outdoor space plus panoramic views of the complex and surrounding areas.

A public bus service is available, and taxis can be found nearby if required.

The climate in Tenerife is good all year round and visitors staying at this resort and in this apartment can enjoy great weather and a warm welcome.
