Barnsdale Country Club is an RCI Gold Crown Resort situated in the heart of Middle England and overlooking the beautiful Rutland Water, providing a magnificent natural environment in which to explore and enjoy the local flora and fauna.

On site facilities include a fine dining restaurant and bar, gym (with qualified instructors), pool, sauna, steam room, squash, and tennis courts, pitch, and putt golf plus children�s play areas. Rutland Water itself is home to both England's premier Inland Sailing facilities and the Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre/Nature Reserve. There are cycle tracks and footpaths that circumnavigate Rutland Water, allowing you to explore the outstanding local scenery whether on foot or wheels (the choice is yours)!

In terms of accessibility, East Midlands is the nearest main airport and all the major East Midlands cities/towns are within a 1-hour drive. Just a short drive from the resort is the old market town of Oakham, which offers excellent local amenities (restaurants, pubs, etc) as well as an old Norman Castle for those with an interest in history. The lovely and ancient town of Stamford is also nearby as well as the grand 16th century Burleigh House, both of which are well worth visiting.

The week on sale is for calendar week 40 and is part of the RCI Points system. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 22 years membership and it has allowed us to travel extensively within Europe and further afield (Australia, USA) but due to a change in our personal circumstances (with respect to holiday choices), we are reluctantly now looking to sell.
