For sale is our Hilton Grand Vacations 'vacation ownership - timeshare'. We invested in ownership of The Manhattan Club Midtown New York with 7,200 Hilton Grand Vacation points which are accompanied by many perks. Unlike traditional timeshare, HGV ownership is a system whereby you have a 'home week' which is flexible, and should you choose, the points can be used anywhere in the Grand Vacations portfolio. As an example, a couple of years ago we used our points for a week in Las Vegas and a week in Orlando and exchanged the remainder into the RCI programme,giving us access to further 4,300 resorts worldwide. Last year we took 5 friends to Vegas for 4 days and got the biggest suite in the Elara hotel. It was absolutely amazing (pictures on the suite listed).

As a title deed owner of this Hilton Grand Vacations property in Midtown New York, (vacation ownership) you are automatically elevated to Hilton Gold status which carries its own benefits which can be found on Hilton's website.

The Manhattan Club Midtown New York is conveniently located to many attractions Manhattan has to offer:
• Central Park and Fifth Avenue shops are only 5 min walk away from the hotel
• Times Square and Broadway are 10 min walk away
• The Empire State Building is 20 - 25 min walk away
• JFK airport is 15 miles drive away

The hotel itself offers a great range of amenities including the option to grab a bite to eat in the morning and throughout the day, tea, coffee or something stronger in the Lobby Bar (we recommend trying the nuts you will be offered to accompany your drinks, you won't regret tasting them). As an owner, you will also get access to the private services provided in the Owner's Lounge. There is also a convenience store in case you wanted to buy something for your apartment. The fitness centre is very well equipped with a wide range of free weights and cardio machines; it is definitely one of the best hotel gyms we have been to (especially useful if you suffer jet lag and decide to go at 4 am). You can also buy gifts in the well-stocked gift shop.

The modern apartments are situated on the 44th-46th floors and are very well equipped with everything you need including a television, complimentary Wi-Fi, free-standing shower in the luxury marble bathroom and a kitchenette just to name a few.

We wouldn't be giving up the opportunity to travel to New York and other amazing destinations if it wasn't for a change in personal circumstances.
