The air-conditioned apartments (149 sq.m) are on two levels, the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on a different level to the lounge/kitchen and balcony area. TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and twice weekly maid service are provided. As this is a floating week, your stay needs to be booked in advance with the management team who are very good at placing owners in their preferred week and apartment.

In 20 years of ownership we have never been able to not get the week we want. La Manga Resort is 20 miles from Murcia airport and 70 miles from Alicante airport, both have very good Hire Car operatives. Good restaurants are everywhere, on the resort and in the local villages of Los Belones and the fishing village Cabo De Palos. La Manga strip and the ancient Cartagena are 20 mins away. Sports rights give discounts on golf of about 60% for owners, excellent tennis facilities and the spa with pool (free for owners) and fitness centre are very modern.

We are offering this week because we have now bought our own apartment in another area of the resort, and we hope the new owner gets as much enjoyment as we have had in the last 20 years.
