Our Apartment Unit is at REGENCY Heights at Neptuno Resort, which is located at Torviscas, Parte Alto on the south coast of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. The Tenerife Sur airport is quite near (12 km.).

The resort is a perfect place for couples and families with children (small and up to teens). The pool with a children�s' pool and bar is a perfect and safe place for relaxation and enjoyment. A short walk away, you can reach the sea with perfect beaches. The staff is friendly and helpful. Car rental at reception, parking is outside the resort. There is a bus stop very nearby. There is a supermarket and restaurant nearby.

The unit layout plan is attached. The one bedroom and bathroom is well equipped and comfortable with kitchen, dining area, sitting room. The balcony is a perfect place for grill (provided) dining while enjoying the sea view. An Ideal retreat for 4 people.

There are lot of places worth to visit on the Island, generally with short distance driving. Worth very much to mention is the: Aqua Park (for the whole day); Exotic Park with nice flowers; Camel Park; Tenerife Zoo, Loro Parque with special parrots and dolphin shows. You can easily visit the nearby islands by ferry (e.g. La Gomera). There are several small cities worth visiting (e.g. Santa Cruz, the island capital). We always enjoyed our stays. The Resort is affiliated with RCI. Since our children have grown up and our travelling and holiday concepts have changed, we have decided to sell our unit, with sadness.
