This is an opportunity to purchase at the Marriott Vacation Club (MVC) Playa Andaluza resort near Estepona, Spain. MVC are regularly in the top 5 of timeshare providers and like all Marriott products the quality is first class.

The resort is approximately a 45-minute drive from Malaga Airport where there are regular flights from many UK and European airports. It is located on the coast and has its own private beach with beachfront access. The famous Marbella resort is around 20 minutes away.

Marriott�s exchange agent of affiliation is Interval International who have a very good selection of exchanges globally.

This apartment is a Gold Week and can be used roughly through the start of March until the first week in July and the first week in September until the beginning of November; the actual dates fluctuate slightly.

This spacious air-conditioned apartment is a 3-bedroom lock-off and sleeps 8; with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. It has 3 bathrooms. The lock-off enables you to split the apartment into a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit sleeping 6 and a 1 bed en-suite studio sleeping 2. In effect giving you 2 weeks for your one if managed correctly.

The apartments are extremely well appointed, and you literally only have to add people, food, and refreshments, as everything else is there. With a balcony on which you can dine and a full kitchen to prepare the meal. Laundry and cleaning facilities are also available within the apartment. The apartment has a garden view.

MVC Playa Andaluza is a very child friendly resort. The resort boasts age appropriate Kid�s Clubs and playgrounds.

Besides the private beach with their own sun-beds, the complex boasts a number of pools, one of which is heated indoor pool and one a child's pool with slides and interactive water feature, one an activity pool and the main pool. There are also two toddlers paddling pools, one indoor, one outdoor.

There are indoor Jacuzzis and an outdoor whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. The Eglee Spa offers a whole range of services. There is a fitness centre, aerobic studio, shuffleboard court, fun court for football or basketball and a 9-hole miniature golf course.

With billiards, table tennis, games room and a giant outdoor chess set also added to the amenities to keep you busy. If you wish for a quiet night in, you could make use of the DVD rental service.

Car parking is available within the complex both above and underground; and the blocks have lift services

The resort has a reception area, shop, restaurant, bar (inside and poolside). A cleaning and maid service are available through the resort.

There are a number of cafe�s, restaurants and bars in the area and a well-known award-winning supermarket within 300 yards. The area is full of culture and there are many days out to be had within a reasonable drive.
