Beverly Hills Heights is an RCI GOLD CROWN RESORT in Los Cristianos, on the south coast of Tenerife with lovely landscaped gardens, a very attractive pool area around a large swimming pool as well as a pleasant bar/ snack bar area. It is a smaller, quieter complex in the "Moorish" style, away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront, but close enough to be convenient. There is plenty of free parking available around the resort and a regular free bus to and from the beach / town which is minutes away. The beach is large, safe, and attractive, with lifeguards on duty.
There are lots of different activities at this and adjacent sister properties including a children's Crocodile Club and a choice of evening entertainment and night club/disco.

This is a lovely spacious well-appointed 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, with access from both the lounge area and master bedroom to a large balcony area. The bedrooms accommodate 4 people, with a double sofa bed in the lounge accommodating 2 more. The apartment has air conditioning and kitchen and is attractively decorated. It is located on the 2nd floor of 3 in a good position.

There are several excellent restaurants and bars nearby, and many more in the attractive town and beach area. There are a few supermarkets to choose from nearby and good greengrocers, bakeries, and other shops in town.

There are many opportunities for sightseeing, attractions, and activities in the south of Tenerife e.g., Santa Cruz, La Gomera, Siam Park, Loro Park, Aqualand, Jungle park, or travel north of the island to visit mount Teide or Puerto de la Cruz. It's possible to take a walk on the harbour, or a boat trip out for a whale watching tour. Daily ferries sail to La Gomera and El Hierro.

We've owned at Beverly Hills properties since 2007 and have had great holidays here. During March the average temperature at Los Cristianos is a pleasant 23-24degrees Celsius. However, since this is a highly valued resort, we have been able to exchange via RCI for amazing resorts in Mexico, Florida, Portugal, Spain and elsewhere. It is also possible to request different weeks via floating week system at this resort if that works better from time to time, giving greater flexibility.

Maintenance payment is fully paid and up to date.
