The resort of Las Rosas is situated some 30 minutes by car from Tenerife Airport in the South West corner of the Island. It is a family friendly resort, with a vast array of restaurants in the nearby town of Los Gigantes. Additionally, the resort has its own on-site restaurant, which provides lunches and evening meals, with delightful views overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes bay. The resort occupies a wonderful position in this area of Tenerife, a world away from the hustle and bustle of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. For those wishing to tour the Island a car would be an advantage and there are many car hire providers at Tenerife Airport or for those wishing to hire by the day there are also facilities available in Los Gigantes.

We have owned at the resort for almost thirty years and enjoyed some wonderful holidays with our children when they were younger - they still return now when they can. Additionally, given that the weeks are classified as red within the RCI Exchange system, they enjoy good exchange potential. We have exchanged into resorts in America, Madeira, Ireland, Portugal, Scotland and more recently Australia.

The resort has been maintained to a high standard and is currently undergoing a full internal refurbishment to all the Villas - details shown on the attached photographs, which differ significantly from the historic library pictures.
