Sheraton Desert Oasis, an Interval International premier resort, is situated in North Scottsdale, Arizona, home to many spectacular golf courses. It is within walking distance of the TPC of Scottsdale golf club, venue for the Phoenix Open.

It is a short drive to the many shops and restaurants of Scottsdale Road and Kierland Common. Phoenix airport is 23 miles away and it is an easy drive to the attractions of Fashion Square, Old Town and the Desert Botanical Garden. Further afield are the red rocks of Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

The resort benefits from a 4500 sq ft pool with an adjoining bar and restaurant. There is also a relaxing quiet pool, a gymnasium and a children's playground. There are lifts to all buildings.

The accommodation comprises a deluxe villa suite of 790sq ft. There is one bedroom with a king double bed together with a whirlpool and large flat screen TV. The lounge has a sofa bed to sleep two, a flat screen TV and access to the luxury bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washer and dryer and a large balcony off the lounge. The accommodation is fully air conditioned.

The ownership is for week 13 but by agreement with the Sheraton management may be used at any time with a choice of apartment. It may be exchanged within the Starwood/Marriott group when it is valued at 44,000 Starpoints. Alternatively, it may be exchanged throughout Interval International.

There is ample onsite parking and the resort benefits from views of the adjacent Sonoran Desert.
