This apartment is located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife - Spain.

The timeshare is for a fixed week (week 5), which usually falls around late January/early February. The apartment is two-bedroom and can sleep a maximum of six people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is one bathroom, equipped with a full suite and hairdryer. The living room includes comfortable furniture, including a sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with additional microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. There is a private outdoor terrace.

The resort offers a shared outdoor pool, solarium, a children's playground, and a tennis court. There is an on-site laundry. There is an on-site snack bar, restaurant, and bar. Los Cristianos is a 20-minute walk from Playa los Cristianos Beach and Playa de las Americas Beach is 1.5 miles from the apartment. Tenerife Sur Airport is 15 minutes' drive from Los Claveles. There is free parking at the site.

We have used the ownership of this apartment for many successful exchanges with RCI, allowing us to travel to many international destinations and build enjoyable family holiday memories, at vastly reduced cost. However, due to ill-health our foreign travelling days are at an end, and it is with reluctance that we must sell our much-loved apartment, which has given us 16 years of happy times.
