The Villa is in the mid-levels of the St James Resort, situated in the middle of Mamora Bay. The Villa has great views over Mamora Bay and beach from the terrace and first floor balcony has gardens all around it.

There are two great beaches in the resort along with a choice of restaurants, three swimming pools, great water sports, four tennis courts, and a good air-conditioned gym.

There are two bedrooms one of which has an en-suite with shower and a toilet. The other bedroom has a large double bed and great views over Mamora Bay. Both bedrooms have access to the ground floor enclosed terrace. There is a large bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. There is good wardrobe space in both bedrooms and both have flat screen televisions. The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob, and microwave oven. There is a large lounge with a large TV, table, and chairs, two armchairs and a large sofa which also converts into a double bed sleeping two people. The fittings throughout the Villa are high quality. There is a large balcony which has a table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. We have had some great family holidays at this Villa.
