The complex offers 3 outdoor pools; 2 heated indoor pools, 2 Jacuzzis, sauna, gym, beauty salon, games room, children's playroom, table tennis, tennis court, restaurants, and bars. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools and the floral planting is of an exceptionally high standard and delightful. There is evening entertainment in the bar.

This large apartment sleeps 6 and comprises 2 double bedrooms with very large beds, plus a convertible bed in the lounge. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms with separate private access to the main bathroom for the lounge sleepers. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. TV's are provided in the lounge and the two bedrooms. The lounge has easy chairs plus dining table and chairs. Daily maid service is included for cleaning the rooms and making beds. There is an ice-making machine in the lobby.

The apartment has two patios leading onto a private and secure lawned garden containing 4 sunbeds and offering sea views. The timeshare runs until December 2033 and is for week 16 (usually 4th week of April) and can coincide with Easter and the Flower Festival. Changeover day is Monday: There are secure underground car parking facilities and lifts to all floors.
