I have been the owner from new and have had many wonderful holidays with the family, even booked additional weeks at times.

My reasons for putting it up for sale are genuine, the children are grown and regrettably my wife has become ill with the big C. We must accept that we no longer are be able to travel.

Geographically wise, the complex is about half a mile from the local village for shopping, evening meals etc and boasts brilliant entertainment called 'Garbo's'. Your ticket includes a three-course meal and the superb entertainment is provided by the waiting staff (worth a visit).

Further afield I recommend the shopping Mall called the Kazba, Playa des Ingles for the younger set and Jumbo's for the more adult. All just a short taxi ride away.

The complex does have its own evening entertainment in the pool bar if you are feeling lazy. Day time a beautiful pool with an island feature, pool bar, sun terrace and activities. There is a restaurant on site also.

Icing on the cake for any British takers - the apartment is permanently booked for August (school holidays). week 34.
