The Floating time apartment you will be purchasing is one of 12 apartments in the block. You are able to book up to two years in advance. There is a dedicated car park space per apartment. As an owner you will be entitled to use the Burnside hotel Spa facilities which have just received an extensive refurbishment. This includes a magnificent pool, jacuzzi area. There is an area that shows movies daily. More details are available from the Burnside park owners club website. The location is a short walk to Bowness ferry port on Lake Windermere. This is a good base to explore all the Lake District. There are many restaurants and bars/pubs within walking distance.

We have enjoyed over 20 years of ownership however due to lack of mobility we are no longer able to enjoy the location as we should. I of course will be paying all charges relating to 2018.
