Sunset Royal Beach Resort is in Cancun, Mexico. It's about 30 minutes from the Cancun International Airport. It provides all-inclusive vacations. The view from the hotel is breath-taking and the white-sand beaches are just glorious.

There is something for everyone in Cancun. You can sun bathe on the private beach, chill out in the resort by the swimming pool while being spoilt with what seems to be an endless supply of Pina Colada, access to multiple-themed restaurants at the resort or explore areas of interests away from Cancun itself by venturing further inland to see archaeological sites like the Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza or swim with the dolphins amongst other things. There is also a great nightlife scene.

This timeshare is flexible, allowing for use across other Sunset Royal resorts in Cancun. It's a 2-bed suite with a maximum occupancy of 8. Shuttle services between the resorts are provided. Being a platinum season timeshare, there is no limitation with respect to when it can be used in the year. Maintenance fees are only paid in the year a vacation is made i.e. when used. The resort has an exchange system of its own, but you can also use RCI to exchange to a different location outside Sunset Royal's resorts.

We have travelled to Cancun using our timeshare on two occasions and had the most wonderful time. With our family structure changing, we unfortunately can't use the timeshare as we used to anymore.
