The apartment is situated at Vacation village at Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida. It is approximately 30 minute's drive from Orlando International Airport and is located 5 mins off route I4. The apartment is only ten minutes from Disney World Parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It is affiliated to RCI and has been rated gold crown since 2001. Vacation Village at Parkway Resort has also been awarded TripAdvisor's prestigious Certificate of Excellence Award.

This is a two bedroom lock off apartment consisting of one entrance door, which then separates into two individual apartments. One large apartment consists of a full kitchen with full cooker and microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. It has a large lounge with a TV and a sofa which can be turned into a double bed. There is a dining area, with a full-size table and chairs. The bedroom consists of a king size bed, wardrobe, TV, and safe. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks and a large jacuzzi bath.

The second smaller apartment has its own bathroom and partial kitchen and smaller lounge, again with a sofa which can be turned into a double bed. Both apartments have balcony's. Onsite facilities include seven heated swimming pools, two children's pools and seven hot tubs, 22 BBQ grills and a fitness centre. There is free parking and 24 HR security. A Shuttle service to local theme parks is also available. There is also a concierge service.

The timeshare is on a fixed week 17 it is deposited with RCI and is one week in two bedroom every two years or can be deposited as two single weeks which gives one week in a single bedroom each year. The maintenance fees are paid one every two years. We have mostly exchanged our week and last visited Florida in 2007, we have exchanged for holidays in Kenya, Greece, Lanzarote, and Tenerife. We find the weeks very flexible and you can purchase another week on top of your normal week if you wish to stay two weeks at the resort. The pictures of the apartment were taken on our last visit and may have been upgraded since, there are up to date photos of the accommodation on the resorts website.
