There are swimming pools throughout the resort and are shared by between 4 and 10 villas and the size reflects on the number of villas.

All villas have their own parking.

You can join "Interval International" and this enables you to exchange for different resorts each year.

If one year you don't wish to use your week you can rent or take points that go to your Marriott's rewards account and can be used in any of their hotels worldwide.

The nearest town is Llucmajor (15 mins), with supermarkets and restaurants.

Palma is the main city (35 mins) and some of the best restaurants are in Puerto Portal (Flanigans in particular)) about 10 mins past Palma. The airport is only 30 mins drive.

On the resort there are two 18-hole golf courses over 6000 yards each, plus driving ranges and putting greens.

There are two restaurants, one is attached to the lobby, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is regular entertainment. The other is fine dining restaurant 'La Finca' is in walking distance but has a car park if needed.

Attached to the Lobby/Reception is the 'market place' small convenience store, spa with swimming pool sauna, gym, and shop.
