This timeshare week is flexible and can be used either (a) as described above for Lochanhully Woodland Club Week 30 (Woodland Cottage), or (b) optionally as 2700 points contribution towards a booking at other MacDonalds Resorts properties (UK or overseas), or even another week number and/or cottage number at Lochanhully Woodland Club (bookings subject to availability).

For Lochanhully Woodland Club, week 30 itself is the last week of July, when most schools are on their summer holidays. The Woodland Cottage has a view over the lake, and as can be understood from the name, Lochanhully Woodland Club itself is very much in a woodland environment.

Lochanhully itself is about 8 miles, 16 minute's drive, into Aviemore where MacDonalds also have other timeshare resort properties, whose facilities can be used by Lochanhully Woodland Club guests (e.g. swimming pool, restaurant, bar). Aviemore itself has a good selection of food and drink facilities, such as cafes, restaurants, and a good size Tesco supermarket.
