Annual usage is: 1 floating week, beginning 2019, during the so-called Platinum Season (week: 1-17, 22-34, or 51-52,). The week from 2018 is given to Interval International for exchange and is negotiable. Type of Ownership: Deed. Maintenance Fees and Taxes must be paid once a year.
