From this very well-maintained resort, you have direct secure access to the beautiful beach.

The 2 bedrooms (floating silver week) has a peaceful garden view you can enjoy during the early spring. From the sunny balcony, you can enjoy in a calm environment a coffee or a meal.

This very well-equipped apartment with air conditioning has 2 bedrooms (each with tv) with a large bathroom each, as well as a large lounge, kitchen with full equipment (also a room with a washing-dryer machine). You reach apartments via a lift.

In the resort, you will find shops, restaurants, gym, sauna, pools (4 outdoor and 1 indoor) and different activity areas. There is also a secure inside parking.

You are at walking distance from a supermarket, few restaurants, and an aquatic park.

This secure resort is close to beautiful places like Marbella for shopping, Benhavis for very good restaurants and the very well-known Puerto Banus.

During the last years we used as well Interval International for an exchange.

The reason we are selling is a medical reason. I am not able to travel anymore after an operation.
