The resort is located in Los Cristianos, a town in the southwest coast of Tenerife (the largest of Spain's Canary Islands). It. is close to Playa de Las Americas beach (with famous parties), Mount Teide, Adeje city (with famous shops), Anaga tropical forest, and the Teno National Park. It is just is 4 minutes' walk from the beach and 15km from the Airport.

It is for 4 persons maximum occupancy and includes a living room, balcony, bathroom and a kitchen.

There is a heated pool that also has a shallow end for small children and nearby there is a little play area as well. All close together Supermarket over the road and short walk to restaurants. Friendly bar staff.

The timeshare can be exchanged through RCI to go to other places. You can visit it any time of the year (red week). This is only sold because RCI has shut their representation office in Greece.
