The nearest area is exceptionally quiet though the pubs and places of evening entertainment are always nearby. In the surroundings there are tennis courts, a golf course, amusement parks, a wonderful zoo. A free shuttle bus operates to the beach. In the evening, you can stroll along the coast and enjoy traditional cuisine, hearing the sounds of some traditional band.

You can spend your time at the place, you can also go sightseeing, swim in the ocean, make sail by ship watching dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. You can climb to the peak of the volcano (Teide) and admire the rugged cliffs. The diversity of the landscape would amaze you, volcanic on the first half, tropical on the second one. Visit one or several neighbouring islands, each of which is different. Sunny weather is almost guaranteed. The rain is very rare.
