Garden Lago is the perfect holiday base situated in a quiet corner of Puerto de Alcudia on the island of Mallorca. Affiliated to RCI and holding Gold Crown status it is within walking distance of many bars, clubs, shops, and the bay of Alcudia with its clear shallow waters and beautiful white sandy beach. The Hidropark is 2 miles away and other nearby attractions include the Roman remains of Pollecia and Alcudia Port. The stunning caves of Drach and train journey to Soller are popular tourist favourites. The airport is in the capital city of Palma which is less than an hour's drive away.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second floor apartment boasts an impressive balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a drink in the evening. There is plenty for guests to do, facilities include a fitness centre, sauna, large pool with plenty of sun loungers, hot tub, children's play area, a bar and restaurant. Wi-Fi is available, there is a lift and parking is free of charge.

The apartment has cooking facilities for guests who prefer to self-cater with the convenience of a grocery store nearby.

The week for sale is a Red fixed week 36 which is the first full week in September check in is on a Saturday. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area, flat screen tv, air conditioning and has a large balcony overlooking the pool.

We have used the apartment several times and have always been very pleased with the level of customer service provided and the cleanliness in the apartment and resort.

We have also exchanged through RCI holidaying in Florida several times, Spain, Portugal and all the Canary Islands. We have used our Garden Lago exchange points to buy 2-week holidays elsewhere many times including most of the holidays in Florida.

We have owned our week since 1998 and have enjoyed many holidays but due to personal health issues making overseas travel difficult we have now decided to sell.

Alcudia is a beautiful area and Garden Lago will give you a relaxing base to explore the wonderful island of Mallorca.
