The apartment is situated on the third floor about 25 metres from the Elevator and the Fire Escape route. The apartment consists of a galley type kitchen, Bath/shower room and toilet. bedroom area, sitting room area and large half covered veranda. The apartment is serviced daily. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen: The kitchen consists of a sink, two ring electric hob with a dual purpose convection oven/microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There is a variety of pots, pans including the usual utensils. There is a full dinner service for 4 people including glassware and cutlery. An ironing board and Iron are stored in the large wardrobe.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a large non slip bath with over power shower and shower curtain. There is also a fitted clothes drying line over the bath. The wash basin is large and soap/shampoo, towels are replaced daily or as required. There is also a hair drier and shaver socket. Within the bathroom a frosted glass partition with lockable door contains the toilet and bidet.

Bedroom: The bedroom is separated from the sitting room area by a display partition. An extra large king size bed is in place including a large double wardrobe complete with hanging space, drawers and shelves. It also contains a safe, free of charge. There is a very large sideboard containing cupboards and drawers and there is also a small arm chair. On top of the sideboard sits a 32 Inch. flat screen TV and a DVD player.(DVDs) can be hired at reception

Sitting Area: The sitting area comprises of a round table that seats four and includes chairs plus another small armchair. There is a double seated settee that pulls down and converts into a comfortable double bed. The TV can also be viewed from the sitting area. There is plenty of room for storing luggage.

Veranda: The large veranda (size 3.5 meters. x 3.5meters) is half covered and is access from the sitting area via large sliding glass doors. The veranda is south facing and catches the sun from around 10.00 Hrs until sunset. The furniture consists of a round table that seats 4. Two standard chairs, two adjustable chair/loungers and two sun bed/loungers. The veranda front wall is made of glass and does not obstruct the view. From the veranda all the hotel pools, gardens another amenities can be seen including uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Additional Information: Within 150 meters of the hotel there is a variety of different restaurants and bars. About 15 minutes walk away are two large supermarkets and other types of shops. There is a regular local bus service that stops outside the hotel and also a taxi rank. The airport is only a 20 minute drive away
