The on-site facilities include a recently re-furbished outdoor tennis court, indoor swimming pool, games hall, squash/racket ball courts, snooker room, horse riding, and a golf driving range in addition to extensive wooded and lawned grounds. There are two restaurants on site with many other culinary attractions nearby, including the famous Peat Inn. Kilconquhar Castle Estate is ideally positioned to visit the charming villages of the East Neuk of Fife (Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, Elie, St Monans etc.) and world-famous St Andrews is little more than 10 miles away. Nearby golf courses are in abundance as are country and coastal walks and historic attractions.

We have owned at Kilconquhar since 1996 and have enjoyed many family holidays there. Week 41 is a perfect time to visit for the Autumn colours and for many it may coincide with the October School Holidays which was one of the attractions of this unit for us. The apartment has its own dedicated car parking area, 2 double bedrooms (master en-suite), a smaller third single bedroom/box room. an additional bathroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) which is open-plan to the dining area and lounge. The only reason we are considering selling is that the family have now grown up and have moved on........
