We are putting up our villa for sale as family have grown up. It has been a fantastic investment for us and all 3 of our children. The 'lock off ' facility allows 2 weeks at the Orlando resort which we used every 3-4 years or more commonly to exchange it for 2 units with Interval international. Being UK based this was fantastic. We used the Marriott in Majorca and Marbella - all really high quality and close to the beach and facilities.

But without doubt it was the Isle de France exchange - next to Disneyland Paris we took advantage of most. I can�t explain the Christmas and summer visits we took advantage of; high spec accommodation 5 mins from Disney, easy to get to, plenty of shopping in outlets at Val de Europe and aquarium. Top of the list would be Halloween in Disney- it is fantastic. Buy an annual passport for Disney and save a fortune at Easter, half terms, Christmas, and summer!

This is a platinum floating week details are on Grande Vista website. The Grande Vista home resort is fantastic right in the middle of all the attractions in Orlando. Locking off will give you 2 weeks on site but we found the exchanges as above a huge plus.

Two 'free' weeks in Paris (maintenance fees obviously so not free), a cheap Eurotunnel crossing with Tesco vouchers or on Eurostar.

What�s not to like - except 'It�s a small world' music playing in your head after the 5th ride of the day.
