We have owned this luxury 3 double bedroom 2-bathroom apartment since 2004 which consists of lounge, TV/DVD player, air-conditioning, fully fitted kitchen and double furnished balcony with panoramic pool and sea views overlooking Los Cristianos harbour and Playa de Las Americas.

Hollywood Mirage Resort comprises 2 heated swimming pools, children's pool, ample sunbeds and parasols, poolside caf� bar, health centre gymnasium, sauna, squash, and tennis courts. Daily activities include water aerobics, water polo, pool, darts, kids club and there is an onsite mini market and superb bar and restaurant with nightly entertainment and weekly BBQ. Knowledgeable English-speaking Reception staff who can help arrange trips throughout the Island.

This 3rd top floor duplex apartment is accessed by stairs or lifts directly opposite reception, a safe is provided and cots, highchairs, safety gates, balcony netting are freely arranged upon request and rooms are cleaned and linen changed frequently. There are numerous other bars and restaurants between the resort and the seafront beach which is a 15 minutes stroll away. Tenerife South airport is around 12 miles and a 15-min's drive from the resort.

We have thoroughly enjoyed owning our apartment but have decided to sell having recently purchased a property in southern Spain where we intend to spend as much time during the year as possible with our family.
