This week is for sale in conjunction with week 21 which we also own. Whilst we are offering week 21 and 22 for sale it is important to note that these are floating weeks which can be taken at any time of year other than Christmas. The Regency Club is a four-star hotel and has a very active owner�s management committee.

The studio is overlooking the sea and has wonderful views of the old port. It has beautiful location in the hotel with stunning sea views to watch the boats all day long. The apartment sleeps four - a large king-size double-bedded bedroom is separated from the lounge with a curtain and has access to a large bathroom with bath and integral shower. A very comfortable arrangement.
Two other people can be accommodated in the lounge on a double sofa bed. There are lifts to all floors in the hotel, which is maintained to a very high standard.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a full meal or simply snacks. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and is delightful to take in the evening views over a glass of wine (or two).

The Funchal Red Bus stops a few metres up the road from the hotel for trips to Camera de Lobos and other charming villages along the coast. The hotel restaurant is by the pool and is open from early morning until late at night, should you decide not to provide your own meals or eat out in the many wonderful restaurants in the town of Funchal, which incidentally, is only about a 15-minute�s walk from the apartment along past the old port and the fishing harbour. Food in the restaurant is excellent, as are the very friendly staff in the hotel.
