We have owned our 3 bed apartment since 1991 and chose it before it was built.  The block is the highest in Los Cristianos and has a double balcony with views over the harbour and all of Las Americas. On a clear day you can see Gomera. The first floor has a lounge, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.  On the second floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom.
 
The resort is Gold Crown with 2 swimming pools, a gym, squash courts and a restaurant which hosts entertainment every night.  There are numerous restaurants close by, some of which we visit year after year. You can walk down into town but there is an hourly coach service, which also goes to Las Americas,
 
Floating time has now been introduced at Hollywood Mirage which means you can still reserve week 38 in advance but you can also swap it internally for any other week without charge
