This apartment is deluxe Pasadena on the third floor, very close to the lifts. It has two bathrooms, full kitchen, air condition, cable TV, free Wi-Fi. It has very large balcony leading form apartment by two sliding doors (one from bedroom and another from sitting area). On the balcony there are 4 chairs, and large oval table and two sunbeds with mattress. View from the balcony is amazing, looking at large swimming pools and beyond that, view of the sea, boats, and ferries. We get direct sun from around midday till late in the afternoon, there is maid service each day of the week and bin collection over the week end.

There is a gymnasium, games room and very nice restaurant in the resort adjacent to reception area. Reception is manned 24-hour. There are courtesy buses running from the resort to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, from 10 am to 5 p.m. There is a supermarket on the ground floor opposite reception area and several large ones just a short walking distance. This resort is well served by several restaurants. Italian restaurant is just outside the resort gate. Beach is about a mile or 10 minutes by courtesy bus.

We have been coming to Hollywood Mirage for 20 years and have always looked forward to returning. Due to my wife and I having health issues and our age, we find it difficult to travel abroad. Hollywood Mirage has consistently been awarded Gold Crown each year. It is very well maintained, and staff are very friendly. We see the same friendly staff year after year.

Our weeks are fixed and first week of our two weeks fall in school holidays. Airport is about 15 minutes by taxi. Choice of restaurants is extensive. Returning after meals at night by taxi is about 5 minutes and taxis are readily available and very reasonable in price. During our ownership of 20 years, we have not missed a single year of this very relaxing holiday.
