This resort is part of the Excel Resort in Los Christianos. It is a Gold Crown or 5* luxury resort and has everything you would expect of a quality holiday experience. Its suitable for families with small children as well as older children as it has kids clubs and activities. Its also superb for couples. We have been here for many years and did a lot of research before we bought.
This truly provides a dream holiday every time you visit.

This 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the top floor of the resort with commanding views from the 2 large and very private balconies. It is situated amidst lush tropical gardens with a very large almost Olympic pool. It has plenty of sunbeds even in August summer school holidays!). You will not be disappointed. It has a pool attendant-Victor. He will really look after you and your family (our children would look forward to seeing Victor every year).

The apartment has a large lounge with a lovely large balcony with plenty of light and faces the sun rise. Beautiful to have breakfast each morning on the balcony in the sun. The kitchen is large with high quality white goods and the lounge is large with plenty of comfortable seating and each room has aircon! TV/DVD and all modcons. 2 Bathrooms are well laid out and the ensuite has a Jacuzzi bath and shower.

This apartment is RED floating which means you can choose when to stay at this resort-anytime. We have also swapped this apartment via RCI to visit Florida, Las Vegas and Mexico recently-a real bonus!

You have available a well equipped gym, sports hall, squash and tennis, a night club with activities for adults and children (should you choose to do something other than relax and swim!).

Plenty of restaurants and bars are very close by and a free bus from the resort into the small town and nearby Los Americas. The beach is nearby 5 minutes in a taxi and 10 mins on foot. Its a huge white sandy beach, safe and clean with plenty of facilities nearby and a coastguard and medical centre. Lovely walks and cycling are possible too. You will not be disappointed by this holiday experience and we are only selling at this very low realistic price as our children are now grown up.
