The knees have had 45 years of fun on the slopes, and there's only so much fun knees can take. Sadly, they are the reason for selling the Inter-Residence week.

Conveniently located in Tignes Val Claret with easy access to the Grand Motte and at an elevation of 12,000ft there's snow guarantee (even in the summer) making perfect sense for keen skiers.

The last week in January has plenty of snow, and the slopes are not crowded because week 4 slots conveniently between the Christmas/New Year festivities and one week before the French half term queues.

The 1st floor apartment sleeps 4 and has a kitchenette/dining room/lounge, patio doors open onto a balcony. There is a TV, shower/bath, laundry room, and a rubbish-waste chute on each floor, linen is provided.

The public areas have an open fireplace, ski locker room, table tennis, pool table, swimming pool, sauna, and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and is right next to the ski slopes. One ski-pass covers the Espace Killy ski area which includes Val d'isere.

Skiing in January allows trips right down to Les Brevieries, a wonderful run and excellent place to have lunch.

Self-drive or fly to Grenoble, Lyon, or Geneva.
