I have owned in Kenmore for some 20 years and selected it as one of the best designed and equipped chalet style resorts with wonderful views of Loch Tay at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands as well as the Trossachs and the shire Perth and Angus hinterland.

The resort is small enough to provide an intimate atmosphere with many owners taking an active interest in improving and maintaining the quality of the holiday experience. The loch provides many sports opportunities including sailing and canoeing.

One of the best experiences is to cycle around the country road which circumnavigates the loch and stop for an excellent lunch at the hotel facing directly opposite the Kenmore Club. Of course, the hills of Perthshire provide excellent walking opportunities for beginners as well as seasoned mountain walkers. Directly opposite the club is a country park with many attractions and activities for people of all ages. It is within easy access of both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.

It is a Gold Crown RCI resort and week 22 places it within the highly desirable Red category which means it has a high trading value in terms of points for use in RCI's exchange programme which we have made good use of over the years. So, it can be used as a fixed week holiday or as the trading point for holidays at any other time of the year worldwide. We have had many fine holidays in Tenerife over Christmas and New Year using the RCI system.

I will pay the maintenance fee for 2018 so the purchaser will have full access to week 22 and will not have any charges to meet until 2019.
