There is a pull-down settee bed so villa could sleep 10. Fitted kitchen off the living room and generous dining space in living room, - double sliding doors on to large patio overlooking quiet green fields and trees.

The resort has swimming pool, restaurant, games area (gym, snooker, shop etc). It is very close to picturesque village of Elie and other lovely towns such as Pittenweem, Crail, Anstruther and 12 miles from St Andrews - home of the most famous golf course in the world - the town is delightful. Prince William and Kate met at the university there -- which is fabulous and one of the oldest in Britain.

Resort is about 40 minute's drive from Edinburgh airport. RCI affiliated. We spent many happy New Year's there since 1989 with close friends but our children are now away from Scotland so we tend now to go to them.
