The timeshare that we are selling is at the Grandview at Las Vegas, Nevada which is less than six miles from the Strip. You can spend your time in the huge Casino's. Watch a show or spend a day visiting the Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon.

This 1600 square foot (150m2) timeshare apartment can be used (or let) as a two-bedroomed unit which can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. Alternatively, it can be used as two independent one bedroomed units (a 2-bedroom lockout) sleeping 4 people each as there is a separate entrance for each 1-bedroom suite through a common foyer. Each one-bedroomed unit has an open plan living room/dining area/kitchen and a good- sized bedroom and bathroom for privacy and convenience.

Alternatively, you can bank your unit with RCI (The Grandview is a Gold Crown Resort usually with a high trading power) to exchange for fabulous hotels, apartments and villas all over the world. Over the last 11 years we have exchanged our weeks for holidays in California, Canary Islands, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, Holland and Portugal, as well as receiving a generous discount off two Mediterranean Cruises. Our family circumstances have now changed though and so we are putting our much used and loved timeshare on the market.

Currently the maintenance fees are paid up to the end of 2018, and the weeks are banked with RCI (banked as 6 weeks) with a combined trading power of 114. If required we can request the deposited weeks be reversed so that the unit can be used at Christmas 2017 and 2018.

It is a fixed week (week 51 which is Christmas week) however you can request to swap to another week for a small charge.

The unit has so many excellent features - these include a washer/dryer in each unit; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, icemaker, fridge, microwave and toaster; a telephone, a large TV in each living room and bedroom; all linen and bath towels; a walk-in shower; both bedrooms have a king-sized bed, and each unit has a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed.

There is weekly maid service (more frequent for a charge) and WIFI at a charge.

On site there is a gym, 5 heated swimming pools and hot tubs, 1 kids pool, BBQ grills, a 9-hole putting golf course and a games room. There is always plenty to do if you don't fancy heading down to the Strip.
