The apartment is in the 'Ona Village Cala d'Or' which is an RCI gold crown resort situated in Cala Egos, separated from the larger resort of Cala d'Or by the marina.

The main attraction of the apartment is the large terrace (with Jacuzzi) which allows you to make the most of the sun, since it catches the rays almost from dawn to dusk. It is secluded and excellent for sunbathing, and has a pleasant view over the swimming pool from its far end.

The apartment is on the first floor, above reception, with access via stairs and a lift. It has one double bedroom and a lounge with a full kitchen behind a breakfast bar. The lounge can sleep a further two people on a large folding bed settee.

The lounge and bedroom are both equipped with full, independent, air conditioning units and patio doors leading onto the terrace. They both have flat screen televisions, and there are also a stereo and DVD player in the lounge. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, and bidet.

The resort complex has a central pool area with children's pool section and various play facilities. There is a pool bar which serves food, and a large lounge where entertainments are occasionally held. Additionally, there is a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym situated under reception. The site has a small car park, with more on-street parking available nearby.

For your essential needs, there is a well-stocked Eroski supermarket almost next door as well as a couple of Spar shops a few minute's walk further on.

Cala Egos has several bars, decent restaurants, and shops all within a short walk, and there are also plenty of up-market bars and restaurants around the nearby marina.

There is a regular street market in Cala Egos, which is usually held on a Thursday.

The main centre of Cala d'Or is either a pleasant (but hilly) 45 minute (ish if you are fit) walk through the marina, or a short ride by taxi or on the 'MiniTrenet' little train.

There are a couple of small, clean, beaches close by, and 'Es Forti' is worth the short extra walk for the views and a clamber over the old fortifications.

If you want to explore the east coast of the island there is a glass-bottomed boat, 'Starfish', which makes regular trips from the nearby beach at 'Calo des Pou'.
